This Gentle Iron complex comes to you from whole food iron, which means it’s nice and gentle on your stomach. Our iron comes with all the natural constituents of food, like live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors.

Nutritional yeast1 providing: Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid2. Capsule (Vegetable cellulose).
