Carefully crafted from organic red lentil flour, Mr Organic Red Lentil Rice is the perfect substitute for regular rice or pasta in any dish. High in protein and fibre and low in fat, it is an excellent ingredient for a nutritious, healthy and filling meal for you and your family. Make any dish unique with our red lentil rice by using it in a colourful rice salad, a hearty soup or as a base ingredient in a risotto.
Cooking instructions: Add to a pan of salted simmering water (use 1 litre of water for every 100g of red lentil rice). Stir once or just enough to separate the rice. Boil for 11 minutes or until al dente.
