Calling all our gluten-free baker friends! – we present to you our All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour for you to bake with.
Here at Creative Nature, we love our dairy free baking mixes but we wanted to do more for our customers. We know lots of bakers who struggle to create their favourite gluten free recipes or to try new ones due to not having a flour that caters to their needs. Well, no more missing out on the fun as we’re bringing you our very own All Purpose Gluten Free Flour.
We know that it can be hard to transition to a gluten free diet, whether it’s due to a condition or even if it’s a preference, it’s tough. We wanted to help ease that pain and create a gluten free flour blend that can be used in any vegan recipe you’d need flour for.
Our blend consists of: Rice flours, which are versatile for baking and provides high amounts of fiber as well as nutrients. And finally, Maize flour (milled dried corn kernels), which is best used in tortillas, gluten free breads, and muffins. This amalgamation of flours will ensure that you can be as flexible as you like in your gluten free baking as well as providing you with all the nutritional benefits of the ingredients themselves!
