It can be incorporated into your daily diet with minimum effort, simply add or drizzle over foods or drink. Just remember not to heat the oil as that damages the delicate essential fatty acids.
Alternatively, you can consume it straight off the spoon!
The oil is refrigerated in a dark glass bottle to prevent damage & for optimal freshness and the oil the capsules are unrefrigerated for convenience.
- Essential fatty acids are needed for the normal growth and development of children. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).
- Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 2 g ALA.
- Linoleic acid (LA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 10 g LA.
