It contains 65% coconut oil content and retains much of the nutritional content of the raw coconut. It has a natural and superb aroma. Far less wastage than traditional liquid milk, as you can use as little or as much as you need, then simply seal up the pack.

Ingredients: Approx 95% organic coconut milk and 5% organic maltodextrin from tapioca.
Use our organic coconut milk powder as a convenient alternative to canned coconut milk. Add to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yoghurts or coffee. It’s high in lauric, capric and caprylic acid – many of the medium chain fatty acids present in coconut oil. Our coconut milk powder is fast becoming a kitchen essential.
How to use Coconut Milk Powder?
1 tablespoon (about 15g) whisked with 125ml of water makes a cup of coconut milk. Two tablespoons mixed with 125ml of water makes a thicker coconut cream.
However, it really depends upon the thickness of cream/milk you are trying to achieve.
When using in drinks, its best to make the powder into a paste or liquid first. Then add the hot drink on top for instant dairy-free creaminess.
