The Chicory Company Cocoa Drink is made from the root of the chicory plant which is carefully cut, split ,dried roasted, extracted and spray dried. This is then blended with cocoa powder made from the beans of the Theobroma Cacao Tree.
The only ingredients are inulin rich chicory root (a natural plantbased prebiotic) and cocoa from the Theobroma Cacao Tree. So this blend of roasted chicory and cocoa gives the drink a rich, dark chocolatey taste and makes it an ideal hot chocolate solution for vegans as well those seeking a functional healthy hot beverage with no additives or fillers.
