Our organic 'La Sierra Cloud Forest' coffee is a fantastic single origin and speciality coffee with a delicious smooth, medium-dark roast, which allows the praline nuttiness of Mexican coffee to shine through.
La Sierra Cloud Forest coffee is grown by 30 indigenous Mayan and Mestizo communities high in the mountains around the Ocote Biosphere Reserve in Mexico; a biodiversity hotspot that is home to over 2,000 plant and 5,500 animal species.
Our capsules are made from plant-based materials, making them biodegradable and ideal for home composting. Simply place the used capsules in your food waste caddy, and they will biodegrade decompose naturally within 24 weeks.
