As an ingredient for our plum fruit drink “Prune” we use selected, sun-ripened plums of the best quality. Purely after the harvest, the plums are gently dried using traditional methods without the use of sulfur. After careful processing, we obtain a full-bodied, fruity plum drink. One bottle of Prune (750 ml) contains the ingredients of around 1233g of fresh plums in concentrated form.
INGREDIENTS:
Concentrated dry prune extract (water, 50 % dry prunes), invert sugar syrup, lemon juice
