HOW TO USE
These can be eaten hot or cold as they’re already perfectly cooked.
To eat cold simply tear open, serve and enjoy. To heat in the microwave, make a small tear in top of pouch and heat for 90 seconds. Fluff up with a fork and serve. Or you can pan fry by adding 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
