We are using only the best, light and mildly aromatic tasting organic Fairtrade blanched almonds from 3 smallholder producer groups Turob Bobo, Dustkul Bogi und Turkiston Gulba for this product. Before grinding we clean the blanched organic Fairtrade almonds several times mechanically and electronically to ensure absence of shells. The fresh ground organic Fairtrade almonds are packed immediately in handy re-sealable hermetically sealed bags.
