Directions of Use
Shake well before use. For daily maintenance: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take 2 teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take 1 teaspoon daily. For intensive use: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take 2 teaspoons 4 times daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take 1 teaspoon 2 times daily.
