Calcium Carbonate Prep (Calcium Carbonate, Maltodextrin), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Oxide, Calcium Citrate, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Magnesium Citrate, Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Vitamin D3 Prep. (Cholecalciferol Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Silicon Dioxide, D-Alpha Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate).
Directions
Take two tablets per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Safety Warning
Calcium and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and are needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Adequate calcium levels prevent the deficiency disease rickets and osteomalacia. Magnesium necessary for calcium and vitamin C metabolism as well as that of sodium, potassium and phosphorus. It is also important in the conversion of blood sugar into energy and is also thought to prevent calcium deposits in the kidneys. Vitamin D3 the main regulator of calcium balance within the body. Vitamin D is particularly important in skeletal development and bone mineralization.
