How to use
Adults: 15ml (tbsp) daily
Child: 5-15ml daily
Preferably before food
Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality

bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt (barley) used up.
Herbs & minerals:
Blue cohosh, dong quai, fennel, holy basil, korean ginseng, ladies mantle, maca root, magnesium (marine magnesium oxide), moringa, oat straw, peony, saffron, schisandra, shatavari root, shepherd’s purse and valerian.
