How to use
Adults: 15ml (tbsp) daily
Child: 5-15ml daily.
Preferably before food.
Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.
We recommend taking for at least 3 months.

Beneficial microbes:
bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt (barley) used up.
Herbs & minerals:
Agar agar, aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, chondroitin sulphate, citrus peel, glucosamine sulphate (crustaceans), Himalayan rock salt, L-glutamine, peppermint oil, quercetin, rutin, sea water concentrate, slippery elm and turmeric. For allergens, see ingredients in BOLD.
