
Our homemade lemon confit and Jean Herve’s black sesame cream flavored biscuits. A daring, yet very effective mix between the acidity of citrus and the exotic touch of the sesame. The name is not linked to the color but to the character of the Chef who inspired it: Guillaume Gil!
