Our Brewers Yeast Tablets are made from brewers yeast which is the common name for the fungus saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is a natural source of the B Vitamin, Thiamin.
Thiamin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the normal function of the heart.
Brewers Yeast Tables are commonly taken by vegetarians and vegans and is registered with The Vegan Society.
Directions
As a supplement take 2 tablets 3 times a day with food, preferably with a little liquid.
