Our award-winning delicious, cold-pressed and raw virgin coconut oil is made from premium organic coconuts which are peeled, shredded, pressed and simply filtered. Solid at room temperature and liquid when heated, it has a delicate nutty flavour. Coconut oil is very heat-stable, which makes it suitable for high temperature cooking, including for use in stews and curries as well as for sauteing and baking.
