About Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 concentrate
Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 concentrate contains 7.5 daily servings of 400mg dietary nitrate (3,000mg per 250ml) packed into each 250ml bottle, derived solely from concentrated beetroot juice. Dilute one serving with 150ml water; alternatively, add to a smoothie or yoghurt, or mix with muesli or oats.
Suggested use
Consume 1 or 2 servings (33 or 66ml) one to three hours before training and up to six days before competition.
