Spelt is an ancient grain cultivated thousands of years ago and only recently rediscovered. Our Amisa Organic "Italia Sticks", are packed with the Mediterranean flavour. If you like gouda cheese, tomato & basil, get ready to enjoy a little taste of Italy in every bite.
Although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
