Rice paper is used to prepare Vietnamese summer rolls, Bánh Tráng. These gluten-free spring rolls can be filled, for example, with chicken, omelette or shrimps and endless amounts of crunchy vegetables and fresh spices. Then dip the roll in a tasty sauce.
